The American Clan Gregor Society is pleased to invite members, family, and friends to our 2026 Annual Gathering, hosted at The Westin Alexandria Old Town in historic Alexandria, Virginia.

This annual event brings together Clan Gregor members from across the country for fellowship, society business, learning, and celebration. Whether you are a long-time attendee or joining us for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you.

    Call 703-253-8600 and reference the
    American Clan Gregor Society Gathering to receive the group rate.

Step By Step To Reserve Room Online:

  • Use reservation link above to access website  

  • Select Attendee under Attendee Type Drop Down
  • Click Make Reservation
  • Enter Dates for Check In and Check out, as well as number of rooms and guests. Event dates are highlighted in the calendar for easy decisions. Please only include number of adults. If you include more than 2 adults the rates are subject to increase.
  • Click Search Button

  • Scroll down to see available room types. There should be rooms with 1 King and 2 Doubles. Should one or both not be showing available, they have sold out and we can request more based on availability. Additional rooms are based upon availability. Please send request to assistant_chieftain@acgsus.org. 

  • Adjust number of rooms or guests if necessary

  • Select Room Type of your preference.

  • Should you wish to extend your stay in Alexandria, click on the additional nights to highlight them green

  • Click Next Button under Reservation Summary if all looks correct with dates and room types
  • Enter Guest Information
  • Please note the cancellation policy should you need to adjust your stay
  • Click Next Button
  • Enter Payment Information
  • Click Next Button
  • Confirm Reservation

Important Deadline:
All hotel reservations must be made by October 12, 2026 to receive the discounted rate. Rooms are limited and subject to availability.

Merchandise Room & Silent Auction

A Merchandise Room will be open throughout the weekend, featuring Clan Gregor–related items and other merchandise available for purchase.

In addition, we will be hosting a Silent Auction during the Gathering. Proceeds help support the American Clan Gregor Society and future events.

If you have items you would like to donate for the Silent Auction—such as clan-related clothing, goods, artwork, books, memorabilia, or other unique items—please reach out as soon as possible to assist with planning and display.
