Managing Your Account with MembershipWorks
Managing your account on the American Clan Gregor Society website is simple and secure thanks to our integration with MembershipWorks, a platform designed to help members update their information, renew dues, and stay connected with the Society. The steps below walk you through everything you can do within your account and how to navigate the MembershipWorks tools that power it.
Accessing Your Account
- Visit the American Clan Gregor Society website.
- Click the Member Login button.
- Enter your email and password associated with your membership.
- Once logged in, you will be taken to your personal account dashboard, powered by MembershipWorks.
Updating Your Personal Information
MembershipWorks allows you to keep your member profile accurate and up to date.
- From your dashboard, select “My Account” or “Profile”.
- Update your contact information, including:
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Family or household details (if applicable)
- Click Save to ensure your changes are recorded.
Keeping your information current ensures you receive newsletters, event updates, and important Society communications.
Renewing and Managing Your Membership Dues
MembershipWorks makes it easy to stay in good standing.
- Navigate to the Billing or Membership section.
- You will see your membership level, renewal date, and dues amount.
- Select Renew or Pay Dues.
- Choose your payment method and complete the transaction securely.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.
If your membership has lapsed, the system will prompt you to renew before accessing member‑only content.
Viewing Your Payment History
You can review past dues payments or donations at any time.
- Go to Billing History or Payments.
- MembershipWorks will display a list of your completed transactions.
- You may print or save receipts for your records.
Managing Household or Family Members (If Applicable)
If your membership type includes multiple family members:
- Open the Household or Family Members tab.
- Add, edit, or remove household members as needed.
- Update their contact information or linked profiles.
- Save your changes.
This ensures all members of your household receive appropriate communications and access.
Updating Your Password
- Select Change Password from your account menu.
- Enter your current password, then create a new one.
- Save your changes.
- If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it.
Making Donations Through Your Account
MembershipWorks also handles online donations.
- Navigate to the Donations or Contribute section.
- Choose your donation amount or select a specific fund if available.
- Complete your payment securely.
- Your donation will appear in your payment history.
Managing Email Preferences
You can choose which types of communications you receive.
- Go to Email Preferences or Notifications.
- Select or deselect newsletters, event reminders, or announcements.
